​The purpose of this Project is to complete well abandonment, wellsite remediation and final closure and reclamation of Suncor's Tweed Lake M-47, Tweed Lake A-67, and Bele 0-35 wellsites southwest and south of Colville Lake, Sahtu Region, Northwest Territories. Winter only construction will be required for 85 km access road linking the three well sites to Colville Lake. A main camp will be located near Colville Lake and a portable sleigh camp to move with the construction of the road access and during downhole well abandonment activities. Water flooding is required to support safe construcution of ice roads and ice pads and laydown area, snowfill crossings at watercourses, downhole well abandonment, and camp activities.
